Maven has again been recognised as one of New Zealand’s Best Small Workplaces, making the finals of the JRA Best Workplaces Awards 2011 and being awarded the 5-Year League Award for the second consecutive year.
Maven has been rated in the top five small workplaces for six years running, winning the category outright in 2007.
Each year, the JRA Best Workplaces Survey reveals the top organisations to work for in New Zealand, as rated by their employees. In 2011, 237 organisations participated in the survey.
Maven CEO, Lesley Kennedy, says the test for any organisation’s cultural strength is when business conditions are tough.
“Maven’s values aren’t just a few words taped to the wall. Rather, they underpin who we work with, who seeks us out, and how we operate; irrespective of economic conditions, change, good times or bad.
