A state sector organisation commissioned a first principles review of an assistance package provided to members. The review included a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
The Maven team analysed the operational needs of the organisation and gathered empirical data to demonstrate how assistance contributed to operational effectiveness. Rigorous analysis was carried out, and options identified for future ownership and delivery.
The results from the review were used to reformulate the assistance package to members and contribute to future management plans. Subsequently, Maven was also engaged to carry out analysis on the current state of the assistance to establish baseline information. Our team also developed key messages and a communications plan to support future work in this area.
