Darryn Thorn
Darryn is Maven’s Chief Executive and is responsible for leading all business initiatives within Maven. He has primary responsibility for leading the Management Team and other personnel across core activities including sales, people engagement, delivery, quality and capability management.
As Maven's CEO, Darryn oversees all aspects of performance and financial management. With responsibility for the business plan and budget, his role ensures that the services offered by Maven continue to grow in value, remain relevant and are profitable. He provides strategic direction across Maven's consulting practices and support functions, bringing together a high-performing team of generalist and specialist consultants to deliver results for clients.
Darryn is Maven's longest serving team member and in that time he has played a central role in building and protecting the enviable culture that underpins Maven's reputation as a trusted and values led consultancy. His deep institutional knowledge, commitment to quality and drive for continuous improvement set the standard for how Maven operates and engages with its clients.
