John is a senior strategy consultant and experienced change leader with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors. He has led some of the most strategic change design and delivery programmes for the New Zealand Government in recent years, with particular depth in digital and information systems strategy.

Kate is an energetic and thorough Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 10 years of IT project management experience across government agencies, financial organisations and a range of other industries. She is experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and holds Prince2 and Scrum Master certifications.

Malcolm is a Maven Consultant with over twenty five years' experience across the New Zealand public sector and in the Pacific. He brings extensive policy expertise, strategic planning capability, and strong cross-government system leadership experience.

David is a Senior Consultant and 'Virtual Chief Digital Officer' who has successfully delivered assignments for clients across the private, public and non-profit sectors for over twenty years. He specialises in creating improved business outcomes through information systems implementation and change.

Megan is Maven’s Finance and Office Manager, responsible accounts administration and business operations. With a degree in Applied Science, she brings additional capability through her knowledge of models to help individuals and organisations better understand behaviour, improve team effectiveness and build stronger working relationships.

Jit is a highly skilled consultant, accomplished in facilitation, design, planning, specification writing, testing and support of business systems. He brings deep expertise in ICT business analysis and a strong commitment to customer focused, best practice outcomes.

Barry is a dynamic and enthusiastic IT professional with over 20 years' experience spanning software development, systems analysis and business consulting. He brings a proven ability to understand complex client problems and deliver practical solutions, combining deep technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strong belief that great products and services are built through collaboration.

Sharen is a systems thinker and strategist with an extensive career spanning public, private and not-for-profit sectors. The key focus of her work is whole-of-system thinking and intra- and inter-organisation networking and collaboration, with the key outcome of developing coherent strategic direction and aligning organisational effort to improve service provision and performance.

Scott is a creative and digital designer who brings a user centred approach to his work. He thrives on building visual solutions that engage customers and add value to projects, with expertise spanning traditional visual design, digital product design (UX and UI) and web development.

Monique is a senior design strategist and group facilitator with over twenty years' experience working with public, private and community sector organisations. She brings demonstrable expertise in facilitation, design services, co-design, supervision, mediation, and coaching.

Katie brings over 20 years of experience in people, culture, and capability. She has built her career around helping people realise their potential and creating more people centred leaders and organisations, with experience at the senior leadership table across public, private, finance and cultural sectors.

Naomi is a senior consultant and change manager who has worked primarily with government sector clients. She is highly skilled in helping clients review their performance, develop strategic direction and implement meaningful organisational change.
