Fraser Fyfe
Fraser is a Managing Partner, principal consultant, programme manager and experienced senior manager whose skill set traverses from strategy to delivery. He is a natural communicator who combines strategic insight with pragmatism, delivery experience and the personal energy to get things done.
Fraser brings rare breadth, having operated at the highest levels of both strategic leadership and programme delivery. As Head of Strategy at two major New Zealand organisations, he developed the skills to think at a systems level, translate complex challenges into clear direction and bring others along on the journey. He couples this with a track record as Programme Director of significant multi-agency government programmes, giving him hard-won experience in the realities of implementation at scale.
Fraser's background reflects his intellectual curiosity and his ability to engage with complexity across disciplines. And he applies this to help clients solve their most demanding strategic and delivery challenges with clarity, pragmatism and impact.
