Megan Nixon
Megan is Maven’s Finance and Office Manager, responsible accounts administration and business operations. With a degree in Applied Science, she brings additional capability through her knowledge of models to help individuals and organisations better understand behaviour, improve team effectiveness and build stronger working relationships.
Megan manages all of Maven’s accounts and finance, covering the full scope of financial administration and office management. Her experience in this area extends beyond Maven and she provides financial management services to other organisations seeking reliable, experienced support.
Megan has also developed a framework to support individuals and organisations understand their relationships. Founded on the principle that personality is not simply a collection of traits but a dynamic system that shapes how people perceive, communicate and respond to the world around them.
