John Draper

 

John is a senior strategy consultant and experienced change leader with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors. He has led some of the most strategic change design and delivery programmes for the New Zealand Government in recent years, with particular depth in digital and information systems strategy.


John brings extensive experience in strategy facilitation, programme planning and business case development. He has a strong background in business operating model development, operational risk management and targeted compliance models. He has led complex programmes involving governance, risk and stakeholder engagement across a wide range of sectors.

With expertise spanning digital and information systems strategy as well as protective security reviews, John brings both technical and organisational change capability to his work. He is a Registered Gateway reviewer and Treasury Better Business Cases trained, making him well suited to major investment decisions and programme assurance roles.
