Katie brings over 20 years of experience in people, culture, and capability. She has built her career around helping people realise their potential and creating more people centred leaders and organisations, with experience at the senior leadership table across public, private, finance and cultural sectors.
Katie's approach is to listen to and work alongside people, teams, executive teams and those they serve to co-create and tailor solutions that meet their needs. She is passionate about people centred teams and leadership that drives positive change and combines a strong grounding in the fundamentals and future of HR with a pragmatic, data driven approach.
Throughout her career, Katie has ensured that ideas have a tangible impact on the business and are enduring. She brings experience across HR consulting, organisational development, as well as leadership and capability development.
