Malcolm McKee
Malcolm is a Maven Consultant with over twenty five years' experience across the New Zealand public sector and in the Pacific. He brings extensive policy expertise, strategic planning capability, and strong cross-government system leadership experience.
Malcolm has extensive experience working with senior managers, Chief Executives and advising Ministers on legislative and regulatory changes. He has led teams and directorates to implement appropriate policy solutions and brings a thirst for the bespoke solution, coming to grips with the challenges organisations face and advising on ways forward that meet their unique needs. He is known for his analytical strength, which he draws upon to validate his advice.
Malcolm is Maven’s Principal PSR Consultant and has a relevant background in protective security having worked within the intelligence community to lead the PSR function over a 4-year period. In his role as PSR Manager he oversaw all policy development and operations carried out by the team, including commissioning the work to develop the moderation process.
