A local government organisation sought greater clarity over its current and planned ICT services to better support business priorities and future investment decisions. We were engaged to provide enterprise architecture expertise and develop an integrated view across the organisation and its partners.

Our Approach

We worked closely with business, digital and ICT stakeholders to analyse existing and planned services, customer needs, and organisational priorities. This included assessing internal and partner capabilities, identifying risks and dependencies, and considering market trends and evolving technology offerings. Through strong collaboration, we developed a coherent architecture view that connected strategy, services and technology.

Outcome

The organisation gained a clear, integrated picture of its ICT landscape, enabling more informed planning and investment decisions. The architecture provided a trusted foundation for coordination across teams and partners, improved visibility of risk and opportunity, and supported a more joined up approach to future service delivery.
