Jeff is a Managing Partner and senior consultant with over 20 years' experience in the public and private sector. He has an extensive background in developing and managing large work programmes with multiple stakeholders to deliver significant business outcomes.

Fraser is a Managing Partner, principal consultant, programme manager and experienced senior manager whose skill set traverses from strategy to delivery. He is a natural communicator who combines strategic insight with pragmatism, delivery experience and the personal energy to get things done.
