Enterprise Architecture for Integrated ICT Planning
Maven was engaged to provide an enterprise architecture view of a local government organisation’s functions to support future investment decisions. This view gave the organisation a clear picture of its current ICT landscape, which informed a more joined up approach to future service delivery.
Sector-Wide Digital Channel Strategy
Maven worked with a central government agency to develop a digital channel strategy, that would align multiple organisations around a customer centric approach. In developing the Strategy, we established governance arrangements and facilitate engagement, enabling a shared understanding of customer.
Data and Digital Services Operating Model Transformation
Maven was selected to support a government agency on its multi-year journey to improve data and digital service delivery. In developing the future state operating model and supporting roadmap, we ensured that the customer, and providing services to the customer, remained as the central guiding principle.
Organisation Wide Transformation Programme
Maven partnered with a local government organisation to support it through its transformation journey. Building our partnership based on mutually agreed principles, we then designed a staged transformation programme to deliver the change sought, while engaging at all levels of the organisation to get participation and buy in by staff.
Information Management Strategy
Maven developed an Information Management Strategy for a Crown Entity to address the cost of information management and support change and improvement in service delivery. The Strategy allowed the Crown Entity to approach information as a strategic resource, rather than an administrative burden.
Business Insights Operating Model Development
Maven was engaged by a central government agency to develop a new operating model for its business insights function. We assessed the current state and co-designed with stakeholders the future state operating model that enabled more effective business insights, supporting better decision making.
Business Case Development for Pacific Data Initiative
Maven partnered with an international development organisation to secure funding for a key initiative. We developed a business case, supported by visual summaries and engagement with the funder to secure approval for the funding.
Future Ready Organisation
Maven worked with a local government organisation to ensure it understood its ability to deliver services into the future. Taking an enterprise and service design approach, we developed a view of its future readiness and a suite of recommendations for improvement.
