We were engaged by a local government organisation to assess how well positioned it was to deliver efficient, effective services in the future, and to identify where change would be required to respond to emerging demands and risks.

Our Approach

We applied an enterprise and service-design lens, working with elected leaders, executives and staff to explore future expectations of local government. We tested these requirements against current capability, strategy and direction under multiple scenarios.

Outcome

The organisation gained a clear, evidence-based view of its future readiness, along with practical recommendations to strengthen capability, improve service delivery, and support informed decisions about priorities and change.
