We were engaged by a Crown Entity to develop an enterprise-wide information management strategy and practice. The organisation needed to reduce administrative burden and cost while enabling information to better support transformation and service delivery.

Our Approach

We worked with leaders and staff to position information as a strategic asset, embedding standards and governance at an enterprise level. The Strategy focused on fit-for-purpose practices that balanced compliance, efficiency and future capability.

Outcome

The Crown Entity gained a clear, supported approach to managing information as a strategic resource, creating opportunities for reuse, innovation and more effective service delivery across the organisation.
